Empowering Young Girls:
Beyond Traditional Bat Mitzvah Studies
In today’s fast-paced, information-saturated world, traditional Bat Mitzvah studies often fail to resonate with the hearts and minds of young girls. Many of them are already receiving Jewish education in schools and may find conventional Torah learning repetitive and disengaging. Recognizing this, our program offers a transformative approach to Bat Mitzvah preparation, focusing on self-development and personal growth through a lens rooted in Torah values but presented in a way that truly speaks to the heart of 11-year-old girls.
We are wisdom seekers in our own journey as women. We love the wisdom of the Torah. Our daughters are bombarded with so much information, it is hard to sift through and know what is right. We have done the work for you.
There is a gap between the teachings of the Torah and how one can apply it to life. Most Torah classes are boring and irrelevant, especially at this age.
We bridge that gap.
We offer you Torah wisdom in a whole new light.
This is not information, this is transformation.
We introduce a whole host of holistic tools to enhance their well-being. This is an experiential journey, covering mind, body & soul.

This technique is simple and easy to use.
Moontime Workshop
(A Holistic look into the Menstrual Cycle)
In this ground-breaking two hour workshop with mother and daughter, we will challenge this narrative and create a welcoming space, where girls will see their bodies and their menstrual cycle in a different light. Through our holistic education, we focus on understanding your cycle, and the changes, both physical and emotional, that are happening. Our menstruation demonstrates our ability to produce life and should be celebrated as such.
It should not be a taboo subject that girls face in silence. Nor should it be an uncomfortable discussion with our mothers. Once again, we bridge that gap for you and your daughter.

Rooted in Torah, Relevant to Today
While our sessions are deeply rooted in Torah, the way we present the material is modern, relatable, and engaging. We aim to make ancient wisdom relevant, to the challenges and questions, that young girls face today. By connecting Torah teachings to their everyday experiences, we help them see the timeless value of their heritage and how it can guide them in becoming their true selves.
Most of the material presented in our sessions derive from Chumash and Pirkei Avot (Ethics of our Fathers).

A Focus on Self-Development
Ultimately, our program is about self-development. We believe that by addressing the personal and emotional needs of young girls, we can help them build a strong foundation for their future. By participating in our signature Bat Mitzvah Bliss program, we provide a valuable template for living successfully.
More Added Value
These five sessions offer much more than traditional Bat Mitzvah studies. They provide a holistic approach to personal growth and self-discovery, grounded in Torah values but tailored to the unique needs of this generation. By joining our program, your daughter will gain invaluable tools for navigating her teenage years and beyond, helping her become the best version of herself.

“We recognize that wisdom alone isn’t enough, we offer the application of this wisdom.”
Emily and Claire
Bat Mitzvah Bliss saved the day. After spending a fortune on traditional local Bat Mitzvah lessons and a bland Dvar Torah, I came across Bat Mitzvah Bliss and all I can say is thank you! They were amazing!

Mia's Mother
Los Angeles, CAOur twin daughters didn’t want any lessons, they hated Jewish Studies. Bat MItzvah Bliss knows how to talk to young girls. The lessons were so inspiring that my daughters would come home and chat excitedly about everything they learned! I was shocked…

Talia and Eliana’s mother
London, UKBat Mitzvah Bliss fostered a nurturing and safe environment for all the girls to participate and share their personal experiences. They covered such a wide range of important topics and guided the girls so beautifully at this pivotal time in their lives.

Yemima’s Mother
Pardes Hanna, IsraelThe last thing she wanted was to go to Bat Mitzvah lessons. But at Bat Mitzvah Bliss there was never a time that Noa didn’t come back smiling and excited about what she had learned. I had never seen her like this. The D’var Torah was perfect too.“

Noa's Mother
London, UKGoing to Bat Mitzvah Bliss was the highlight of each week for my twins. They loved the sense of community and the "good vibes". Bat Mitzvah Bliss taught them so much and increased their confidence overall. If you have a daughter, don’t hesitate!

Serri and Ruti’s Mother
Jerusalem, IsraelWorking with you was so wonderful and the end result better than we could have imagined. If only I had another daughter, we would be calling on your Dvar Torah services again!

Millie's Mother
London, UKI would say besides having fun, I learned how to listen to my body, how to speak my truth without worrying about hurting someone's feelings all the time, and that it's okay to ask for help.

Our children are filled with a deep universal wisdom that we often ignore. As the parents and the adult, we firmly believe we have the answers for them, but often we don’t. We too, are confused about our own pain, joy and suffering. Our emotions interrupt the natural flow of our lives, leaving us confused, lacking autonomy and looking for external validation. I discovered Torah late in life, much to my disappointment. But since I did, I haven’t looked back. The Torah is a guidebook for living, filled with universal wisdom. I have put together wisdom from the Torah that is applicable to daily modern living.
In my upcoming book, I present these biblical teachings, in words that will speak to the heart of the reader. It is time to let our girls rise to the call. The call of life, the call of joy and the call of understanding. And it starts with us, as mother. How can they rise if we haven’t? This book is for every mother, everywhere.
